Can I turn up and pay on the night?

For many of our events we offer an advanced ticket. Where advanced tickets are available we advise you should pre-book your ticket as the show is likely to sell out in advance of opening.

We do list some events with free entry, for these events a ticket is not required.

What type of payments do you accept in venue?

We take both cash and card payments.

When do you announce listings?

We endeavour to list events several months in advance, due to the nature of booking acts and working with external promoters this isn't always possible. We would advise you to sign up to our mailing list for all the latest updates.

How old do I have to be to attend events at Arch 2?

As a licensed venue, all patrons must be over 18. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, so if you are lucky enough to look under 25 please bring some ID.

Is there a dress code?

Smart/Casual attire is fine, as are clean, smart trainers, but please no sportswear, hats or caps.

What is your COVID-19 guidance?

There is currently no COVID-19 guidance provided by the UK Government.

I can no longer attend, do you offer a refund?

All bookings are final at point of checkout and as such are non refundable.

Is there disabled access at the venue?

Unfortunately due to the architecture of the building (we are in a Victorian railway arch) we are not wheelchair accessible. There are a number of steps into the building and the venue is not wide enough to facilitate the introduction of a disabled WC.
